Vintage Soviet Military Watch:

This Soviet military issue time piece was constructed with a 17 Jewel, manual wind Russian Vostok movement. The model is called the KOMANDERSKIE (Commander). It has a black dial with the date at the 3 o'clock mark, a chrome bi-directional bezel with red and black painted markings and a stainless steel case and screw-down case back. Naturally, it sports the Soviet red star, the genuine leather strap is navy blue and the hands glow in the dark. It has serial #115162 and the Boctok (Vostok) stamp on the case back. He poured us a splash of a strange white bourbon, that was taken directly from the still, instead of being aged in a barrel. After his cigar and drink, he was very hydrated. Wait. No he wasn't.

1950's Chronograph Watch by Bovet:

For all of you aviators and auto-racers, this beauuuuutiful Swiss vintage Rogers watch by BOVET is manual wind with the famous 17 Jewel Valjoux chronograph movement. Valjoux movements have been in numerous fine Swiss watches such as Bovet, Breitling, Omega, IWC, and TAG Heuer and other time pieces since 1844. The serial number reads 1005366 and the inside of the case back has Bovet stamped on it. It has a tachometer for calculating speed/distance/fuel and telemeter for calculating speed of light versus speed of sound to determine distance. The hour and minute hands glow in the dark. This rare watch has just been cleaned and serviced, works great and will likely appreciate in value. It comes with a leather strap and wooden gift box with cardboard outer box.
